I am having some technical issues with my Fi tracker, can you help? Please reach out to Fi directly for any device questions.
Care:Remove the Fi tracker first, put the collar in a sock or mess bag. Use dye free or gentle detergent and put the washer on gentle cycle. Lay flat to dry out of direct sun.
Do I have to remove the Fi Tracker to charge the device? You do not! All you have to do is open the back webbing between the device and set it on the base to charge. Please note that you may have to wiggle your collar into the base for the 1.5" collars.

There is a 30% restocking fee + shipping label fees if you need to return/exchange the collar. The collar must be unworn & free of smell. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your product.
