Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items. Please be sure to measure your dog correctly when ordering. We cannot accept returns but depending on matter if it is a manufacture defect. Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order to hello@designsbywildside.com and include your order number. 

If you need to exchange for another size please note we have a 30% restocking fee of the cost of the product and $14 label to get the item back to us and back to you. 

Please note that your exchange will be treated as a return, once we have the product back to us we will process the return ( minus the restocking fee) the shipping label cost will be sent to you as an invoice so you can get a shipping label. Please place a new order for the item you are wanting, new orders will fall into the standard processing time as well. 

For returns- please reach out within 1 week after you have received your product. There is a 30% restocking fee, once we receive the product back we will refund you minus the shipping and the 30% restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition when received. 

Collars

For light - mid stains soak for a few hours in warm water with a dye free detergent. Lay flat to dry indoors.

 For heavy stains- place the collar in a mesh laundry bag. Wash with dye free detergent on low cycle. Remove from mesh bag and lay flat to dry indoors.
