Black Friday Sales Policy
Please note we cannot do a price match with an order you have placed prior to Black Friday. If you are cancelling to repurchase during Black Friday, there will be a restocking fee of 30%.
Return/Exchanges
Please reach out within 1 week after you have received your product. There is a 30% restocking fee, once we receive the product back we will refund you minus the shipping and the 30% restocking fee. The item must be in the same condition when received and not worn. You will have 7 days to make the return once the label is issued to you. After the 7 days the return/exchange is no longer valid.
Due to the nature of our items. Please be sure to measure your dog correctly when ordering. We cannot accept returns but depending on matter if it is a manufacture defect. Please reach out via email if you have any questions about your order to hello@designsbywildside.com and include your order number.
If you need to exchange for another size please note we have a 30% restocking fee of the cost of the product and the cost for shipping.
Please note that your exchange will be treated as a return, once we have the product back to us we will process the return ( minus the restocking fee) the shipping label cost will be sent to you as an invoice so you can get a shipping label. Please place a new order for the item you are wanting, new orders will fall into the standard processing time as well.
Sales/Discounts
We are not able to price match if you have placed an order prior to a sale.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an orders must be done within 24 hours of purchase. Please send an email with your order# to hello@designsbywildside.com
