Sales:

We want you to feel confident in your purchases from Wildside Dog Gear. While we don't offer price matching for orders placed prior to a sale event, we assure you that our products are priced competitively to provide you with the best value.

Cancellations:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. However, due to our commitment to fast processing and shipping, cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Once your order is en route, we're unable to cancel it. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at hello@wildsidedoggear.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s), and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Returns:

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. The customer will be responsible to ship the items back. To initiate a return, simply send an email to hello@wildsidedoggear.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return. Once we receive your return request, we'll provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Exchanges:

Need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style? We're here to help! Please reach out to us within one week of receiving your order to request an exchange. The customer will be responsible to ship the items back within 30 days of receiving item. Exchanges are subject to availability, and the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. To request an exchange, email us at hello@wildsidedoggear.com with your exchange request and order details.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). We'll issue refunds using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@wildsidedoggear.com with photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order details. We're committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized or customized items, final sale items, and items purchased during promotional sales events.
